Chicken for Dinner

Another must do in Alaska is clam digging at a super low tide.  Hundreds of people come with small shovels and buckets.  With a little instruct from our boss we set out for Clam Gulch.  The tide was out as we made our way down to the waters edge looking for divots in the sand.  We were told that the razor clams move fast so we quickly dug under a divot.  Shadow stuck his hand in the hole and said he had one.  He pulled out  gummy thing attached to a rock.  An hour and a half later the rain and wind began.  We headed back with not one clam.  Looks like it's chicken for dinner.
Earlier that day we met up with a couple we knew from Nashville that was visiting.  They had taken a flight across the Cook Inlet to see Grizzlies and came back with some awesome photos and video.  That adds one more thing on our to-do list while we are here.
