It was dehydrating/home brewing day at the Mills-Romines home. I have definitely underestimated the amount of time that is needed to have some sort of healthy light weight options on the trail. Mom and Dad donated some great home grown sweet potatoes from their garden. Most "just add water" food is full of sodium that we will surely need this Summer. Thanks to Bridget and Mike, we have a wonderful dehydrator that will be working its A#! off. Next stop is the vacuum sealer Becky and Kelly let me borrow.
