The busy tourist season is ending and stores are beginning to close. Our RV Park (Beluga Lookout) is slowing down and we have the beaches are to ourselves with the bald eagles again. Jerry and Stephanie, our bosses, have created a daily happy hour. 5 o’clock sharp. The four of us are up in the second story admiring the view of the ring of fire toasting to yet another variety of finely crafted beer from one of the local breweries and dreaming of ideas to make money.
Jerry, Stephanie, and so many others made our Summer in Alaska. Our time has flown by. We could spend every season here and never see everything. I can honestly say that Alaska is like no where else and a piece of my heart will always be here. Along with my cute off-grid house on a salmon spawning stream of course.
